Developing self-resilience can be hard work, but it is worth doing. Learning how to be resilient can help you move away from over depending on other people or services in order to feel happy and well.
Working with a My Life Dynamic resilience coach is a great opportunity for you to look at the various aspects of your life and learn how you can take charge and cope in times of stress and anxiety.
Our resilience coaches will help you identify parts of your life that are working well and areas which need attention. Then we can work on strengthening your resilience where it is already strong, and develop a strategy to improve the areas that need some help.
This is a different support approach to what you will have been used to, but we believe that this a realistic way forward for you. Resilience Coaches won’t pretend that everything is great when it isn’t, but equally they will help you to take a long, honest and realistic look at your life to help make desirable changes.
