Resilience is about being able to face the challenge and difficulties in your life and finding ways to cope.

It’s about taking control and looking for opportunities to improve your mental health.

Developing self-resilience can be hard work, but it is worth doing. Learning how to be resilient can help you move away from over depending on other people or services in order to feel happy and well.

Working with a My Life Dynamic resilience coach is a great opportunity for you to look at the various aspects of your life and learn how you can take charge and cope in times of stress and anxiety.

Our resilience coaches will help you identify parts of your life that are working well and areas which need attention. Then we can work on strengthening your resilience where it is already strong, and develop a strategy to improve the areas that need some help.

This is a different support approach to what you will have been used to, but we believe that this a realistic way forward for you. Resilience Coaches won’t pretend that everything is great when it isn’t, but equally they will help you to take a long, honest and realistic look at your life to help make desirable changes.

“Resilience coaching helped me to realise that I am responsible for my mental health. No-one else can take responsibility for my happiness and I don’t need anyone else’s permission to be well.”

My Life Dynamic is about working together to develop strategies that make sense to you. This is your journey, no one else’s.
